Worldwide local – Innovative concept results in a 260% increase in paid search leads, more than 44,000 additional customers at Opel/Vauxhall dealerships in 25 countries and two international gold awards for moccamedia.
A significant increase in traffic to dealer websites and qualitative leads: With this goal in mind, moccamedia developed a digital dealer campaign rolled out in 25 countries for its client Opel/Vauxhall. The Search2Sale program is a concept never seen before. The centrally managed, scalable and customizable campaign was adapted by moccamedia for each participating Opel/Vauxhall dealer and tailored to the specificities of their local market to ensure a maximum digital presence in the search engine result page. The individual dealer campaigns were regionally effective and together they had an impact nationally and internationally, while directing the advertising pressure directly into the respective dealer sales area. The concept was rolled out to the dealers with practical and informative training materials and an international roadshow with individual training sessions for dealers.
The campaign generated more than 3.6 million visits to 579 dealer websites in 25 countries in 2019, representing more than 32% of the total dealer traffic. More than 44,000 showroom appointments were made with potential customers and paid search leads increased by 260%.
This first mover success was recognized twice: At the Digital communication Awards 2020, where moccamedia took first place in the category Best Small Budget Campaign and the Media & Marketing Global Award for the best automotive campaign.
