Go or stay? This is a question many people ask themselves when it comes to changing their electricity and telecommunications provider – a decision that they put on the back burner. Not with moccamedia! It planned 2 campaigns for EWE, which reached precisely those people who had considered changing their provider. moccamedia guided the customer journey of those willing to change through the sales funnel right the way to the sale with EWE. Pre-defined touchpoints engaged people on an emotional level and guided them to the customer centre or customer hotline.

The coordinated and well-managed advertising materials literally inundated the region and achieved tremendous advertising pressure. Advertising material ranged from the moving image in the cinema and TV to print products such as City and Megallights and attention grabbing adverts in local daily newspapers. Radio ads also made an appearance on the campaign that was exclusively focused on Lower Saxony. Quickbooster, Coollite-Trucks and Switch Inn are just a few other special forms of advertising to attract the desired attention to the campaign content.

With a total population of 8 million people, the “Mobilfunk X-mas” campaign, which addressed telecommunications customers, was able to reach 21 million relevant contacts within one month, while the electricity switch campaign reached 27.4 million people in an emotional and sustainable way over a period of two months.
