We are proud to keep our apprentices! That is not only the slogan of a nationwide IHK campaign, which we are happy to take part in to celebrate the hiring of trainees after their apprenticeship.
Dual vocational training is a key success factor against the shortage of skilled workers, because today’s trainees are tomorrow’s specialists. That is why moccamedia has been a training company for many years.
Since 2020 alone, we have been able to hire 12 apprentices permanently, and more will follow this year.
We are proud of everyone who has learned with us, grown with us and is now an important part of the mocca family. With us, ambitious trainees become personalities with a clear profile and valuable expertise.
