Accessibility Statement
moccamedia GmbH strives to make its website accessible in accordance with the applicable statutory accessibility requirements. The legal basis is the German Disability Equality Act (BGG), the Barrier-Free Information Technology Ordinance (BITV 2.0) and the harmonised European standard EN 301 549, each in its currently valid version.
This accessibility statement applies exclusively to the website https://www.moccamedia.com.
Status of compliance with the requirements
The website www.moccamedia.com is partially compliant with BITV 2.0 and the European standard EN 301 549. The non-compliances and/or exemptions are listed below.
Non-accessible content
The technical accessibility measures are based on the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) version 2.2, conformance levels A and AA. The following content is only partially accessible.
a) Non-compliance
- Some colour combinations may occur whose contrast ratio does not fully meet the requirements. This results from the corporate design.
- Some alternative texts may appear more than once per page.
- Individual controls cannot be fully reached using the keyboard.
- Individual controls are not correctly assigned or labelled.
- Embedded videos are currently not consistently provided with subtitles.
- Some PDF documents are not designed to be accessible.
- A few form fields have no associated label.
b) Content outside the scope of the legislation
- Time-based media published before 23 September 2020.
c) Disproportionate burden
- Some embedded videos published on the Vimeo platform do not have audio descriptions (WCAG 1.2.5 – Audio Description, Prerecorded). Retrofitting them would constitute a disproportionate burden.
