Career
Team spirit, support for every employee, a working atmosphere that leaves room for individuality and fun, and a healthy work-life balance – that is essential for mocca.

OUR AMBITION AS A TOP EMPLOYER
As a media agency focused on regional and local retail marketing, we develop strong solutions for media planning, media consulting and media strategy that increase our clients’ sales. Our campaigns are targeted, efficient and effective – close to the market, close to people.
For us, collaboration means more than processes and coordination. We rely on clear structures, short decision-making paths and an open exchange on equal terms.
Taking responsibility is just as much a part of our culture as treating each other with respect. A genuine open-door policy and direct dialogue across departments shape our everyday work.
After an intensive growth phase, we have deliberately sharpened our focus: quality, development, technology and long-term collaboration are now at the centre – within the team as well as in our work for our clients. We are looking for people who think in a structured way, enjoy taking responsibility and want to develop professionally and personally.
Discover your career opportunities in the world of media – in a working environment that offers stability, lives trust and creates room for perspectives.
What you can expect from us
With us, you work in an internationally positioned media agency with insight into all relevant areas of brand communication. From print advertising to DOOH, from programmatic advertising to social media marketing, we develop high-performance, cross-media solutions for our clients. You gain a holistic view of campaigns, channels and client projects – with room for specialist focus areas and personal development.
Your start is accompanied by structured, department-specific onboarding. This includes individual induction plans, specialist training and joint onboarding sessions. This way you not only get to know your tasks, but also the people, processes and teams at mocca.
WHAT MATTERS TO US
We work strategically, analytically, with careful planning and based on data. Our focus is on media planning, media consulting and managing campaigns across all relevant channels. We do not develop creative content in the classic sense, but ensure that campaigns are conceptually well thought out, efficiently planned and effectively implemented.
Anyone who enjoys working in a structured way, analysing connections and taking responsibility for complex media processes will find the right environment with us. At the same time, working in an agency also means commitment and teamwork – especially in more intensive project phases.
Joining us with professional experience
You already have experience in the media, marketing or digital industry and are looking for an environment in which your expertise is valued and developed in a targeted way? Depending on your profile, you will work with us in areas such as media planning, online marketing, dealer support or IT.
We offer you a long-term position in an established media agency, clear areas of responsibility and professional freedom. Through our moccaAcademy programme, we promote your methodological and personal skills. This is complemented by flexible working models and conditions that support a healthy work-life balance.
JOINING US DURING OR AFTER YOUR STUDIES AND TRAINING
Would you like to gain practical experience during your studies? At moccamedia you can start as a working student. You can apply your theoretical knowledge directly in everyday work and gain practical insights into the processes of a modern media agency.
You will work on relevant tasks, get to know tools, processes and teams and be actively involved in projects. This gives you a realistic picture of work in media planning, digital marketing or related areas.
You have completed your studies or training and want to start your career straight away? We offer you the opportunity to take on responsibility as a graduate and develop professionally.
Your start is accompanied by structured onboarding and gives you room to contribute your strengths, get to know processes and gradually take on responsibility. The goal is a sustainable start in the media and marketing industry – with clear contact persons and realistic development prospects.
YOUR APPRENTICESHIP AT MOCCAMEDIA
You have completed your secondary school leaving certificate or (technical) A-levels and would like to start an apprenticeship in the media or marketing industry? Then you have come to the right place.

our everyday work
How we work
at mocca
Our everyday work is dynamic and client-oriented. Most colleagues work with a balanced mix of operational tasks and strategic planning work. A central element is continuous exchange – both on site at our locations and digitally via Microsoft Teams, internally as well as with clients. Day-to-day work usually takes place in interdisciplinary client teams that are put together for each project. At the same time, every employee belongs to a permanent team in their own department.
These specialist teams usually consist of around 10 to 12 people and form the organisational and professional anchor in everyday work.

Communication and collaboration
Exchange, feedback and
development prospects
Client contact is naturally part of this – especially in account management, but also in media planning, digital marketing and dealer support. Close exchange between departments and locations is essential, as many projects are worked on together across disciplines.
Regular exchange with your manager is an integral part of our collaboration. This includes jour fixes and 1:1 meetings in everyday work. This is complemented by one or two structured development meetings per year, in which we reflect together on the past months, set goals and take a clear look at your role and possible development steps.
Clear structures and a shared course
Transparency
Our role structure offers different paths: from Assistant to Specialist and Expert through to Deputy Team Lead and Team Lead. For everyone who wants to develop professionally without taking on management responsibility, there is also a Lead Expert role.
Once a month we come together in the mocca meeting. Teams give insights into projects and successes, and the management shares assessments as well as reviews and outlooks. This creates transparency, connects the locations and ensures that everyone knows the shared course.

Agency life & overtime compensation
Project work in an agency involves phases in which joint commitment beyond the regular working day is required. In such peak periods, we pull together as a team to complete projects successfully and cleanly.

Your path to the mocca team
Our application process
Application +
initial feedback
After receiving your application via our applicant management system, you will usually hear back from us within one week. If your profile is a good fit, we will invite you to an initial interview.
Getting to
know each other
The first interview takes place as a video interview via Microsoft Teams and lasts about 60 minutes. Usually attending are
- your direct manager,
- a contact person from HR
- and, if applicable, the head of department
The focus is on getting to know each other and finding out together whether we are a good fit professionally and personally
Trial day at the agency
After the first interview, we will get back to you as quickly as possible. If it works for both sides, we will invite you to a trial day at our agency.
On this day you will:
- get to know our way of working and everyday agency life
- meet potential colleagues
- work with relevant tools on real tasks from the work context
It is not about right or wrong, but about getting a realistic picture of tasks, processes and expectations – and giving us an impression of your approach.
Final interview + decision
In the final interview, we address open questions and talk about mutual expectations and possible next steps. Our goal is to give you final feedback within one week of the trial day.
Contract +
Welcome aboard
If we both decide to work together, we prepare all the necessary documents and formalities. These include the contract, organisational arrangements and the preparation of your start at moccamedia.
This ensures a smooth transition – so that nothing stands in the way of working together.
Which documents we need from you
So that we can get a good picture of you, we look forward to receiving the following documents:
Required:
- a current CV
Optional:
- a cover letter in which you tell us more about yourself, your motivation and your interest in moccamedia
- recent job references, relevant certificates or proof of further training
A detailed cover letter is not a must – what matters more to us is being able to understand you and your path so far. If some documents are not yet available, just let us know – we will find a solution together.
